Port Colborne Water Treatment Plant Upgrade

ROMAG is constructing thePort Colborne Water Treatment Plant Upgrades.
The Port Colborne WTP project involves replacing of the water filter media and underdrain system of the three filters and the addition of a new filter air scour system including a new PD Blower, new filter control consoles, replacement of the existing polymer system, replacement of a number of valves and actuators, replacement of existing high and low level pumps, replacement of existing electrical substation with a transformer system has been placed by others, replacement of MCC#1 and upgrade MCC#2, upgrade existing SCADA system.
The work also includes the conversion of the existing chemical room to a new meeting room, upgrades to flooring in the administration area, and selective demolition.
